May i ask that some of the food that were mentioned indicates that it is not good to eat as prescribed by my Doctor that it may surely trigger the Uric Acid like eating nuts: Walnuts and Macademia. Oily fish: Sardines and Mackarel Green leafy vegetables: Spinach.

I hardly go to my Doctor lately. I am relying my concern through browsing. As it was shown the result i went through, my Uric Acid is a bit high. I am checking on the specific food that i should and shouldn't take for.
Question: i like drinking milk. Is it ok if i drink it regularly?

Please help me.

Just to be clear, according to the FDA... This stuff is hazardous before it's in your mouth, hazardous when it's removed, but safe while it's in there. It's considered toxic to the dentist handling it and any leftover material is toxic waste, but it causes no ill effects to the patient who has it placed 2 inches from their brain.

In other words... it's safe to put it in a person's head, but if you cut that head off, you can't put the head in a landfill because it would be hazardous to the environment.

Makes perfect sense! Way to look out for us FDA!

By age 35, my back was going out regularly. Just a few years ago, I missed a total of 3 months work in one year due to my back! Ryan helped me increase my body awareness so I could heal myself. You can keep your surgery, doc, I won't be needing it!

Wow i feel terrible this comment slipped by me. He curveballs on and off the Doxy because the spirochete is a tricky little bugger that can get resistant to antibiotics. They have helped him alot but i can honestly say his healthy food habits, exercise and supplements have helped out just as much. He used to be in a ton of pain (no more), Bad memory (no more), fatigue (he stays out all day now), dropfoot (improved alot), leg twitching (hardly at all), strength (he has muscles), hand numbness (gone).
I must say my father is stubborn and works out everyday either in the pool, weights, or on the Vibration plate.

And all his hard work is paying off.
How are you feeling these days?

Hi Quan!

Sorry to hear about your health problems.
First, I must say I am not a doctor and can only base recommendations off of my father’s success story.
He has been battling MS for 2 years now and in no way has he totally defeated it. He has however totally demolished a ton of his symptoms. When I first started working with my father he had a poor memory (he was calling me the wrong name), disorientation, chronic pain (he would cry himself to sleep), restless leg syndrome with non stop twitching.
It wasn’t easy but a drastic life change is what is needed.
1.	Food- I noticed that when my dad ingested certain foods his symptoms would flare up. So he agreed to cut out. Coffee,Tea w caffene, Diet Soda (Aspartame), All processed foods/sugar(foods in a bag), Pork, Beef, Dairy. He started to eat a diet that consist more from what is grown by the trees, VEGGIES AND FRUITS, FISH, EGGS. This wasn’t easy for him. He actually pouted often for a while like his life was over. But my how the taiste buds change overtime. Start drinking green drinks instead of coffee or soda. Start drinking a lot of non flourinated water.
2. Supplements- My dad is religiuosly taking a variety of vitamins, minerals, herbs, roots.
Acidolphillis- To replace good bacteria lost from doxy (midmorning and bedtime)
Gluthathione- Important Amino acid needed
CoEnzyme Q10- Nervous system help
Systemic Enzymes- Nervous system repair
St. John’s Wort- Nerve relaxer
Ginko Bibliko- Brain help
Cats Claw- When off Doxy- Natural antibiotic
Spirulina- Good protein and algae
Grapeseed Extract- immune system enhancer
Lithium Orolate- Nervous system repair
Garlic- Immune system enhancer
Here is a helpful book to purchase.

Doxy-(Some help) on how to take to kill spirochetes.
http://generalmedicine.suite101.com/print_article.cfm/incorrect_treatment_for_lyme_disease
Green drink/ Wheatgrass- Too Alkaline body
Aloe Vera Juice- Alkaline body

Also treat you husband for Lyme may be passed through transmission, there is open debate on that. However, If syphilis is a spirochete and is a STD, Why wouldn’t Borrelia another spirochete disease? That’s how I look at it. Better safe than sorry.

Though my pops is still not walking as great as I’d like yet, his balance and strength is getting better and it is improving. He has more movement in his toes and ankles (meaning nerve connection is getting more fluid), No more memory problems, No chronic pain, less fatigue and he is the hit at the party again. Not to mention his hair, fingernails, and skin look way healthier all signs of a healthy immune system. Next month we are planning on getting out his mercury fillings and I expect that to improve his balance and walk even further.

Unless you get rid of all metals, it is very hard to kill those little buggers. They kinda work as partners in crime to destroy your nervous system. From what I have heard DMSA does work great or Bentonite Clay also works for detoxifying metals.
And don’t forget to exercise!
Hope this information helps, please stay in touch with your progress. Email me if you have any questions maybe I can help with.
Good luck and keep helping those rabbits!
